At WorldWide Erections, we believe in the power and potential of ordinary people. Connecting with ordinary people is how you can build a successful business and unbelievable income with [WE]. How you earn and how much you earn starts with the three distinct people that make up your [WE] business.
These are customers who make a one-time retail price purchase of [WE] products. When you make a direct customer sale, you earn your individual markup (the difference between the recommended retail price and the wholesale price of the product) on that sale.
Devoted Customers are your customers who sign-up with [WE] for the minimum three month auto-ship agreement for their product orders and receive wholesale pricing on all of the products. With sales to Devoted Customers, you earn a percentage commission for your mediation. This commission will be paid by [WE] through your personal affiliate portal. The main pillar of the [WE] business is the sale to Devoted Customers. The more customers you have the more you will earn – directly through your own commissions and indirectly by the sales commissions of your team of Distributors.
Independent Distributors are members of your team who have completed the Distributor sign up process and want to build a business. You will earn commission on their orders and the orders in their down-line for the levels that you are qualified for. As you build your organization of Distributors and start to promote, the number of pay levels will increase and your income will continue to grow. The bigger the team that you build, the more money you can make. This is why building your team by investing your effort, energy and time in others will help you maximize your earnings. [WE] recommends that to maximize your earnings, Distributors should maintain the signup of their own Distributors and Devoted Customers.

NOTE 1 –
There is a maximum recruiting limit for all enrolled distributors. All Independent Distributors including your down-line distributor legs can recruit a maximum of six [6] personal distributor legs and go five [5] generations in depth per leg.
NOTE 2 –
In order to keep your distributor account active, you must continually make sales and earn commission. If your account exceeds 60 days with no actively or sales you account will be suspended. Once suspended you must contact us at worldwideretions@gmail.com and pay a 1 time $10.00 re-activation fee.

Compensation Plan are for demonstration purposes only. WorldWide Erections does
not guarantee any level of income or earnings to any Distributor. Earnings from this
Compensation Plan depend solely on sales and each Distributor’s skill, ability and
personal application. This Compensation Plan is subject to change.
COMMISSION ON YOUR SALES
WorldWide Erections pays it’s distributors a sales commission payment based on the amount of sales a distributor makes. Commission is usually based on a percentage of total sales, so the more sales made, the more money the distributor takes home.

Start by selecting a product category(s) you want to target. Promote and sell the sales per month amount listed under that category. It’s that simple. [WE] provides all of the advertising and promotional marketing materials you need in your personal portal.
D E V O T E D S A L E S
In order to start earning your commissions on your [WE] business, you need to be Qualified. This enables you to earn commissions on the Bonus Volume from your Direct Customers and Devoted Customer orders. Once you sign up online through the [WE] website and have been approved, Congratulations!, you are qualified and entitled to start selling immediately and have unlimited Direct & Devoted Customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Now that you’re signed up and selling, start sharing your business with others. To start earning your commissions on any of your Distributor Legs, you need to be Commission Qualified. This enables you to earn commissions on the Bonus Volume from your Direct and Devoted Customer orders as well as from your Distributor Legs . In order to be paid as a commission qualified distributor you must build a minimum of two [2] Distributor Legs and have a Total Personal Group Volume of 30 Devoted Customers = $1,500 in sales. Each of your distributor legs must complete the same steps in rank 1 but they must sign up through your personal affiliate portal to be linked to your down-line.
REQUIREMENTS
To earn commissions on additional levels you will need to promote to a higher rank. The following pages provide the qualifications that must be met to be paid at each rank along with the monthly commissions and bonuses that you will be paid at those ranks. All monthly bonus commissions are paid by the end of the day on the 15th of the following month and are based on your paid rank for the current month.
DISTRIBUTOR LEG –
Each Qualified Distributor you sign up on your first level represents a separate “Leg” in your team. Legs in your organization grow as your first-level Distributors begin to build their own teams (down-lines/six [6] maximum per distributor).
QUALIFIED LEG –
A Qualified Leg is a distributor who has signed up through the [WE] website and has been approved. The top Distributor of a Leg is required to be Qualified for the Leg to be considered a Qualified Leg.
COMPRESSION –
During the commission process, commissions are “compressed” to allow you to earn commission on sales originating further down in your organization. Only Distributors that are Commission Qualified will count as a level during the commission calculation process. Distributors and Devoted Customers are never physically moved up in the genealogy even if the Distributor above them cancels their distributorship. Only the Personal Bonus Volume will compress up. The Personal Bonus Volume that is compressed up cannot be used by the upline Distributor for qualification purposes. Enroller bonuses do not compress up.
When you reach the Foundation Stone Level you’ve reached the Leadership Level, which is a “Whole’ Notha Level” of bonuses and income earnings potential!

Every Stone is used to build WE’s foundation! Each precious stone represents twelve [12] Regional Leadership teams down-line which builds the Foundation in that Leg and is made up of each Foundational Stone’s Personal Group Volume.
